Description: The gold danio is a great fish for a beginning aquarium h keeper. It is very hearty and breeds prolifically. Because the gold danio is a schooling fish, it should be kept in groups of 3 or more. It is a great community fish that can be kept with most other fish that will not eat it. Because these are active fish that like to swim, do not be surprised to find them spending time in the current created by powerheads or filters.
