Breeding Information: Difficult to breed. Females lay relatively few eggs per spawn. Increasing the number of Green Fire tetras will greatly increase the number of eggs produced. Remove the parents after spawning occurs.

Sexing Information: Males have white tips on the dorsal, anal, and pelvic fins.

Diet: Omnivorous - does well with flake foods. Diet can be supplimented with live or frozen foods such as brine shrimp.

Temperment: Peaceful
